Hello all,
I'm thinking about creating a "necromancer" character for SR. Essentially, it would be a voodoo magician utilizing corpses as vessels. Now, what would I need in order to pull this off correctly? The game is Karmagen with 750 Karma, stats are x3, and initiation at chargen is allowed, although magic is capped at 8.

I'm thinking about:
-High summoning and binding skills
-medium high enchanting skill
-Tamanous connection
-3-4 cheap, disposable assault rifles (AK-98s are perfect)
-Channeling, (Extended) Masking and Invoking metamagic
-a transport vehicle

Did I miss anythig essential? The idea is to bind some low-level (F3-4) invoked Guardian spirits with assault rifles, essentially serving as drones, while buffing the team's heavy hitters with F6-8 spirits.

seems you dont need channeling...also corpses have OR1, though no enchanting needed aswell
as long as you can afford the ritual materials you're good to go. For me, I can't see me wasting 2k (1,8k if self-enchanted) per F4 bound spirit who essentially do, what the sam is for...

Here's the thread that came out less than a month ago about the same subject.
