 Issues with control actions |

If I reduce the strenght of a target under control actions to 0, the victim becomes paralyzed and incapacitated.
The gm argued that with control actions the body would continue attacking us, I argued he couldnt attack us cause the body is paralyzed. Whats the correct way of applying the rules here? |

You use your own skills, but the targets attributes. He should be paralyzed.
