Hey everyone, I was looking at some stuff for an up coming con and noticed the cerulean shadows stuff. I had a quick look around on the interwebs but I couldn't find anything about it.

I was hoping that someone could tell me a bit about it and if I would need a neo Tokyo style runner or a Chicago style runner for the games?
