So, i have this gizmo i want to make for 4th ed.
i cobbled this long ago in 3rd. 1: shoulder mounter, via a cyberware mounting (that adds recoil comp?). {think predator} 2: can be detached and left as a stationary sentry {think engineer from TF2} 3: Have a at least 6 dice to roll if shooting by its own AI 4: assault rifle like weapon [EDIT] SMG like weapon 5: FOF system 6: can be fired, activated / deactivated, through smartlink by non-rigger while attached on sholder 7: good sensor package. this my have to be a rigger toy, but i would like to have regular cybers be able to use it. |

Actually, you know, that reminded me of something.
What is the largest sensor package a person can comfortably carry? And how many sensors can you fit into it? I know it wouldn't be as secure, but would a shoulder mounted uber-sensor with piped-in optics be a viable alternative to cybersenses/goggles and earbuds. Weird question, I know. I'm not even sure why I'm asking it. Maybe part of me wants to give my cyber-zomie a Metal Gear Solid style Radome. |
