Rigger 3 page 16 states that GridGuide hosts are usually RED-Hard, has anyone seen any official rating for the Seattle GridGuide?

We are in the middle of a run and I want to hack into some traffic cameras to follow a car around seattle, and afaik its the GridGuide that controls the cameras.
