Alright, here's one of the big villains for my campaign; critique please.

Shimizu Haruki
MCT Magical Researcher/Sterilist Toxic Mage
Haruki is a toxic magician, employed by MCT, of the sterilist variety. Haruki is an MCT citizen, born and raised in the sterile corporate environment, where everyone is a cog in the machine, where individuality is an annoyance at best, a sin at worst. In his mind, people are so… unpredictable, and that unpredictability is a problem; it can’t be accounted for, can’t be anticipated by its very nature, and is ultimately a waste of potential effort. And waste is inefficient and thus abhorrent. His toxic domains are sterile, orderly and efficient corporate offices and compounds; he regularly uses Taint on those areas under his direct control.
Haruki is also a high level initiate and magical researcher who normally studies astral phenomena and the metaplanes; at present, however, he is liaising with Dr. Shalbermat, studying technomancers in Hong Kong, in addition to his other work.
In terms of personality, he is all business, cold, rational, and calculating. Everything about him is efficient; he has even had all of his body hair removed, including his eyebrows, because maintaining it is a waste of effort. However, he does have one vice of pleasure—games. Specifically, strategy games. He is a high-level player of chess, Go and Shogi, being a registered master player with competitive organizations for all three games. He also has a related quirk—instead of killing them (which would be a waste), enemies—and underlings that fail him—are petrified and then their solidified forms are shrunk down (using an original shrinking spell) until they can be used as chess pieces. He currently has one complete set and a partial second set.

Magic is a means to impose his will upon the universe, creating order out of chaos, of being able to shape the fabric of reality. Spirits are archetypes of universal aspects of man and nature that can be summoned and controlled. This is similar to the hermetic point of view (unsurprisingly, considering that Haruki was a hermetic before he went toxic), and can be considered as a hermetic viewpoint taken to an extreme and twisted.

Freedom, passion and creativity are dangerous and harmful; it is in the best interest of all to conform. The Rules are Law; deviation, for any reason, is not tolerated.
Advantages: +2 to Manipulation Spells, +2 to Task spirits
Disadvantages: -2 to Illusion Spells. Followers of Law And Order are methodical and exacting; they must make a Willpower+Charisma (3) Test to follow a gut feeling, take an inefficient action, or improvise.

Cosmo, Ally Spirit:
Standing before you is a somewhat tall humanoid; it would appear to be human with some cyberware at first glance, but the second glance reveals it to be one gigantic clockwork mechanism, with gears and cogs comprising its body.
Cosmo is Haruki’s longtime companion; indeed, the ally spirit is the only one thing in the world that Haruki actually feels emotional affection for, although he does not realize this. He utilizes Cosmo primarily as a bodyguard, lab assistant, and game opponent, among other, more minor services.
