My question is about setting up a magical group on your own (if there are no other PC mages in your area). Can a judge make determinations on another NPC mage who can help? Can you recruit NPC memebers? If yes how many and how long will it take? I feel that most of the groups in the book do not fit a shadowrunners lifestyle and would like to make up my own. Any input would be appreciated.
