Ok, its finally done enough for me to try and get some feedback.
I haven't got the Read-Me done for it, and you'll need to play with it to make sure vehicles have the proper stats. Please supply me with feedback if something isn't lining up correctly. http://skitzinc.wikispaces.com/Files |
