little help GMing

Tell my players what I'm asking about would have been a spoiler in and of itself [ Spoiler ] Ok my players did "get the boxes" on a small island. I made legwork pretty hard, but oppotion and security pretty light and disorganized. The team blow off the leg work in favor of overwhelming force (2 rockets). I ruled that the Illusionist and the Phys ad, the only real challenge besides some drones, desided to ball in the face of such force. The adept and the mage flee to the same south pacific runner's haven, and the party spots the phys ad. One of my players is really interested making contact because even though the were on oposite sides of a run it was all professional, and he suspects the the adept isn't even working for the target anymore what with it getting blown up. Now, the phys ad has been cut loose, and I would like her be contact for the team. But her partner the illiousionist is has started working for some really nasty people she wants nothing to do with. If they PCs realize this they I know will consider her hostile. Any advice on how to make here a little more approachable while maintaining some level risk actually contacting her?
