Persephone - Eavesdown Docks - October 1, 2519 - 8:00 AM

It's a bustling bazaar, ships are lined up next to each other, many advertising passage or selling goods. Many others appear to be land-locked and scheduled to be impounded. The place is filled with people of all races, modes and languages. It's chaos; trade, theft and outright violence all happening amidst the jumble of humanity.

This district is clearly poorer than the gleaming city in the distance, and every ship parked looks at tad haphazard. You see a sign that advertises: Good DOGS! Below the sign, you see a pen of scrawny, listless dogs of various breeds. Further down the aisle, you see a griddle, with some suspicious looking cuts of meat sizzling on it. A man works the griddle. He has grease and other stains smeared all over his apron.

You have received an invitation to meet with Badger to discuss a job opportunity in his offices at the Eavesdown Docks at noon today.

You are in a less than clean safehouse, arranged by Badger. You had to sleep on the floor with several other people who snored like chainsaws, and smelled REALLY bad. One of them rolled over an slept on your arm for a good portion of the night. She(he? you're not sure) was probably 450 pounds.
