The sign atop this noodle metropolis reads "To's Noodles". Because of its rampaging success, the signs of the buildings adjacent also read "To's Noodles". To the searing July sun, made ever more insidious and certainly more foul-smelling by the wildfires which had burned up the countryside a hundred miles south, To's Noodles offers a refreshing, air-conditioned and filtered bulwark. The place thus bustles with all sorts, in mismatched chairs under mismatched lights besides mismatched wallpaper. Many Hollywood stars now look back upon it fondly, as the cheap but good place that they ate in while they looked for their big break. And, of course, Hollywood stars-to-be eat and work in here, hoping for their big break. The food, made under the watchful eye of Tokohamaya Wolf-Under-The-Stars, the owner and proprietor of the place, is often considered better than real noodles.

However, at dinnertime(now), To's is mostly empty. There is only a gathering of trolls in one corner and the occasional night-owl starting the day here and there. However, Tokohamaya himself maintains his seemingly-eternal vigilance at the bar.
