Tyler Crey alias "Tybalt"

This is my first 4th edition PC. He is based off my fascination of elves and stylish and flamboyant characters. The jury is still out on the character after roleplaying him in PbP and once in Paper and Pencil, but I enjoy him to an extent. There are two other versions of him, each one being slightly different, in the Paper and Pencil and PbP games. The skeletons of the three characters are very similar. This is the current incarnation. He's conceptual in nature, ergo didn't max out magic or spellcasting at the cost of aesthetic and cosmetic character concepts. Such as being better then one in all attributes and desiring certain skills (Bikes and Infiltration).

The character concept = He's a novice member of the Black Sun elven militant/terrorist group. His father was once a offer and squad leader amongst the Tir Ghosts (Adapt), before he botched a mission in the UCAS. Thus their family name was disgraced. His mother was a Shadowrunner (Rigger) working out of DC. He is a extremist for the old regime of the Tir Tairngire. In order to develop contacts, conduct missions, and develop his skills, the Black Suns have sent him out as a Shadowrunner. Because of the family name, the Black Suns are making him conduct a Baptism by Fire for their recruiting process. His goal is to become a member of the legendary Tir Ghosts or become a Tir Paladin.

Any input about his statistics/tweaking/nitpicking archtype personality dichonomy would be appreciated. Since this is my first PC character, I want to make sure he was created properly as well. Thanks.

Apperance

Tyler Crey was as tall and slim like most elves, with bronzed skin so dark it almost looked black in the night, contrasting sharply with the yellow-bone color of his hair pulled back in a tight pony tail. A stylized tattoo of an Eastern dragon started on the outside of the arch of his right eyebrow, trailed down the side of his face, and curled its tail about his neck. The only interruption of the artwork was a thin shrapnel scar showing white against the bronze skin at the wing of the dragon. He was adorned in designer clothing, underneath a black lined coat duster.

--What is the character's name?
Tyler Crey. His street name is "Tybalt," named after Tybalt Capulet, main antagonist in Romeo and Juliet. A lover of conflict and a zealot in his own right.

--What is the characters race, nationality, age, sex, height, weight, hair color, eye color, and skin color/tone, and build?

Tyler is a male elf born of a elven father and human mother. Born in Washington DC, UCAS on December 16st, 2048, he's in his early twenties. 6ft2, weighing about 165 lbs. Hair Color is dark-dirty blond. Skin color is bronze. Eyes a shade of dark green. He is skinny, decently built, borderline lanky.

--Where did your character learn his/her skills?

University of Portland, shamanic magical studies. He learned to bike ride growing up, and his stealth from a mentor spirit.

--What did your character do before becoming a runner?

He was a noble of a very minor family of the Tir. His families estate was in Salem. His father was once a Ghost of Tir Tairngire.

--Does your character have any family?

Very little. Mostly an aunt and two cousins. Both parents are deceased.

--What are your characters dreams/goals/aspirations?

To once again have the old regime established in Tir Tairngire. He is a zealot for the feudal system which used to dominate the country. To become either a Ghost or a Paladin.

--What is the characters general appearance?

--Why did they choose to be a shadow-runner?

It paid better than smuggling and got him away from his family.

--What is the characters personality?
He is very uptight on missions and dealing with metahumans from all aspects of life. He is very pro elven and many would consider him a supremacist of sorts.

He's prepared to give his life, commit murder, commit acts of sabotage which would cause the deaths of hundreds of innocent people, cheat, forge, blackmail, corrupt the minds of young children, distribute habit forming drugs, encourage prostitution, disseminate venereal diseases, throw sulphuric acid in a child's fact commit suicide, and even forsake his Helen of Troy for the sake of the Tir. His family is disgraced amongst the Tir military. He is loyal to the Black Suns militant group and is utterly and completely devout to the superiors of his nation.


--What skills does your character bring to this group? What makes them special?
He's decent at social skills. Adds drama to a roleplaying group, and is an overall technically sound magic user.

--What are some things your character cannot do?

Close hand to hand physical combat. Shoot a gun. Take physical hits.

--What does your character hate and why?
Anti-elven groups. He is indifferent and slightly prejudice against non-elves.

--What does your character love?

His homeland, motorcycles, fine dining, luxurious life styles, and a fetish for human or elven razorgirls.

--What does your character respect?
Integrity. Character in any types of people. People who have good interest and are watching out for the little guy or people no one pays attention too.

--How was your character educated?

He went to school in Seattle of the UCAS while he was living with his mother. For his high school/college/military training days he conducted in Tir Tairngire went to moved to Salem to live with his father.

--What is your characters moral code?

For the Tir.

--Does your character have any political beliefs? Religious?

Black Suns. He is a staunch supporters of the princes of Tir Tairngire. He admires the Paladins, and the political structure in the country before the second matrix crash.

--What item(s) does your character treasure?

His mother's dark ebony shamanic staff, which he sill has today. A family signet ring, given to him by his father.

--Tell me at least one thing I (as the GM) should know about your character.
He's uptight yet stylish. He'll ruffle the feathers of the other PCs. His buttons are easy to push.
