Given the following:
400 BP All 6 Core Rulebooks for SR4A 15 Karma (used AFTER Character Creation, however you'd like) An additional rule that you start with Resonance*2 Free BP for Complex Forms (that count towards the maximum) How would YOU make a TM, that you'd play (Not necessarily the most min-maxed guy, though you could go for that, if you'd like)?
