Ok I've not read the 'Year of the Comet' book, I was off other places for most of 3rd edition Shadowrun and am just getting back into the game.
From SR4A, I can tell that the Comet flew by and POOF numbers of people mutated. What percentage did so? Seattle 2072 says 10% of it's population are SURGE changelings. Did 10% of people around the world ((Spread over all metatypes)) Experience SURGE? It just struck me as ALOT of freaky mutants running around. Conversely.. Seattle has 2% trolls. But 10% SURGE? Help a guy out, and someone explain this to me? |
