 Binding watcher spirits? |

So I have a raccoon shaman who would like to set up semi-permanent watchers spirits in the sewer where he lives.
I know watchers don't count toward the bound spirit max, but can they be bound to a location? The normal rule is net hits on summon equal hours the watcher lasts. I can't seem to find anything in the core. Any ideas? |
