Don't think I made an OOC for this one yet.
Sinn is coming through form the river into what looks like a bar room from the roaring twenties. He has no magic. There is none here. What he does have is a .38 under his jacket, and a tomy gun in the violin case. The bar isthe heavy with smoke type, of a decent sized. The only races present are humans.
