Okay, here's the low down. I'm currently running an SR campaign with some friends. This is the second campaign set in the same timeline as the first, which fell apart after two of the players left from some arbitrary reason. However, I usually end up playing a session every other Saturday, which doesn't give me much chance to practice GMing. So, I thought that running or at least attempting to run a forum game of SR during the week would help me practice a bit more so that when I do meet with my regular group I'm a bit more comfortable. I'm not bad, but I'm not awesome either. I guess I am average GM, but I want to get really good and I need to practice to do that. I've got the combat rules down pretty well as well as spells and hacking (though I'll read through those again before we start), and I'll need to reread astral combat, but other than that, I'm confident I won't disappoint. It's going to be SR4A rules. I'm going to allow a 5 player max since that's my usual bag. Once all the players have signed up, I'll start up the game. I'm allowing Technomancers since I've got one in my normal game and I need to practice with them anyway, though you don't need to play one if you don't want to. It'll take place in Seattle 2072.
So, IM me if you have any questions. I'll post a summary of the setting in a bit once I come up with hit. Oh, also, I work from like 8AM CMT to 1PM CMT, and usually finish lunch around 2PM CMT. So, I won't be able to post on weekdays till like 2 or 230. Hope this is okay with everyone. Oh, and it'll be a 400 BP build CLOSED |
