The Living Persona can't have attributes at a higher rating than the TM's Resonance. Does this include Persona bonuses from Echoes?
EDIT: And in that same vein, is a TM's Biofeedback Filter limited by his Resonance or System rating? EDIT 2 (sorry, I'm just trying to learn how these guys work): Where it talks about Complex Forms, it says that "agents or any programs with a Pilot attribute may not be used as a Complex Form". Does that mean that a TM cannot load a normal agent/IC program? |
