Just for those who are interested in this kind of game:

SimCountry is an interesting world economical massively multiplayer online browser based game.

Think of Kings of Chaos and then modernize it and add about 20 levels of detail to it and remove the turn based actions.

You can have an Enterprise as a CEO or a country as a President.
You also have the option of being both.

It's a very interesting and exciting game to play with a pretty expansive and extensive economical system in play.

You also have the option of waging warfare as a country alone or as part of a Federation that you start or one that you have joined.

There are 4 different worlds to choose to play in.
White Giant is the slowest game, and Golden Rainbow is a pay-to-play world.
I would suggest starting out in White Giant before moving up just to get some footing in the system.
--------------
That said, I will warn those who have very busy lives that this game may not be for you at all. 2 to 3 months pass in game each real day.
Keeping up with a countries or enterprises econimcal and productive needs can be a bit of a task that, at the very least, requires a daily check-in and can easily become an addicting hour after hour afliction.

---------------------------
Also note: If you play this game, you should read as much as you can in the Contact Players > Forums > Documentation
and
Contact Players > Forums > Help
sections as the game really lacks a "user friendly" system in many areas of it's funciton and meaning.
You can make your way around, however, if you spend a bit of time reading those areas that I pointed out.

-----------------------------
I have pretty much stopped playing for the most part. That's because I simply don't have the time to keep up with the game.

This game, however, I thought was definately good enough to mention to everyone here just in case there are those here who enjoy these kinds of challenging games.
