My darling runners have come up with another idea to torment me: A bullet that dissolves within the body after firing. They claim that the bullet actually exists already and was used to knock off JFK from the grassy knoll. If this nasty little sucker does exist, what modifiers would apply, if any? They're currently thinking of an ice bullet. :S
