Like the title says.
I don't think it's mentioned in any of the rules, unless you want to count it as a skill use = complex action. If we say that summoning a spirit takes on the order of a minute or so (draw a circle, summon, negotiate, etc) that might make spirits less of a tactical nuke in combat. Using them would take some forethought if summoning took a while. |
