Neuron Basher,

I am still receiving the same 'Flood Control' message that I have been receiving for over a year whenever I attempt to use the 'Search' Feature (or the 'View New Posts' Feature). I went through and deleted Cookies, and all the other fixes I could think of. I have even totally wiped my PC and re-installed everything since I began to have this problem, with no success.

Strangely, this also seems to happen on the Beta Forum.

It works!!!

What did you do? I have been having this problem for well over a year, and mentioned it several times.

Well, whatever you did, thanks. :)

Right. That would make a ton of sense; if our searching had anything at all to do with Google.

Fortune: There was some data cached in a non-obvious place that wasn't getting cleaned out like it should; it still thought your most "recent" search was performed in 2009. Nuked all the data and it should be smooth sailing now.
