Those involved with "Initial Shadow Offering" keep your hands off. [ Spoiler ] Does anyone have any detailed information about Tir's Intelligence organization? What its called, how its organized, ranks, titles or stats for it's officers? Or stats or organization of the Tir Ghosts?

Most of the (sparse) information about them is in SOTA:2064, p 22 and in the Tir Tairngire sourcebook (which calls the secret police as "paladins"). It heavily integrates magic into its operations and uses a lot of adepts of the Invisible Way and Social Way. There are many places that you can find stats for the Tir Ghosts, and they differ from sourcebook to sourcebook. A good statblock for them can be found in Corporate Punishment, pp 35-36. On those pages, the unit leader is a Sergeant, and everyone else is a "specialist". Another (weaker) stat block can be found in Super Tuesday, p 44. It is important to note that the Information Secretariat is a separate branch that reports to the Council of Princes only and not the Tir Peace Force. The Ghosts are a branch of the Tir Peace Force. The Ghosts do not carry out the orders of the Information Secretariat, they carry out military orders from the Tir Peace Force. This doesn't mean that an ambitious Tir Prince couldn't use the information gathered by the Secretariat to order the military to do a black op, but it does mean that the Ghosts probably won't do ops for the Information Secretariat without authorization from Prince Reed.
