I had a very advanced (karma & cash) PC that made a "safehouse" out of a van converted to full amphibious, submersible function. This was done with the vague amphibious modification rules of the 1st or 2nd Rigger books. The van was just anchored underwater in a handy Seattle-area lake. Swim to it, enter in the belly hatch, and you've got an underwater micro-apartment to avoid all reasonable pursuit for a while. It was also pretty cheap, several tens of thousands of nuyen as I recall. It was a little over the top, but the PC was getting pretty over the top by that point. The contents were far less thought-out than the engineering details: magical wards to discourage astral examination, a spare assault rifle and ammo, change of clothes, and some nuyen. |

heh. I should do this. I usually play the least paranoid charcters, but this one had a very stong sence of self preservation.
This would of course all be tweaked to match the SIN getting used and the location of the safe house. He had 16. Suitcase/Duffle/Garbage bag Briefcase/Messanger bag/shopping cart 2-4 days Cloathes Fake SIN (between 2 and 5, again depending, a homeless begger vs a corp suit ) +amount fitting SIN on an account 2-5 days non-perisable food 2-5 days bottled water or idoine tablets Pistol (depending, either a Savalette Guardian, or a WW Infiltrator) Big Gun (something with a stock and a bayonette) 2 load outs for each of the above (Hi-C for the WW if needed) Skill wire chip for above (if needed) Stun Baton Armor (Armored Cloathing/dirty long coat /possibly V-Island Actioneer line) Medkit (w/ Stim/tranq patches) Pre-preped Disguise kit (to match SIN) ¥50-¥1000 in cert cred (though not whole numbers, ¥784.50 would be more like it) 50-200 bucks in real cash (usually UCAS dollers) 0-¥500 in trappings to match SIN (watch, MP3 player, liter of Gin) Pre-paid Cell Phone (all same brand to match barreries) Pocket Flashlight 1 gram novacoke or bliss 2 pairs rubber gloves 3 molotove cocktails (or the goods needed to make them) Incendary gernade Zip ties Again depending on the SIN & location, most of this would go up in flames once used. What, you thought the molotove cocktails where offensive? This post has been edited by Lindt: Oct 6 2005, 09:16 PM |

Don't be a clothing Nazi, JesterX. There is nothing wrong with women wearing men's longcoats just as there is nothing wrong with men wearing armored leather skirts.
