New virus, Better get those defs... Options

Ok, here's my current idea list, these are all just things I'd like to see so I've been putting together rules for, but I really don't want to step on dev toes:

Now, down to a virus:

Hey Chummers, it's your friendly grid oracle again, this time with news from my home ground.

The following malicious traffic has been observed on several local telecommunication grids: Choker.A, Choker.B, and Choker.C. These three files are currently accounting for 3% of all traffic from the business grind, and 14% of all traffic on the municipal grid. Although this virus does not appear to threaten data, it's spread is causing a noticeable slowdown in some networks. It is recommended that all users update their anti-virus definitions to account for this recent development, repeated failure to fix your systems will result in your commcode being blocked.

This virus really is nothing more than a headache for network admins, but it does slow down networks.

A device may be infected any time it opens up a connection to an infected device. At that time roll (rating+2) dice vs System+Firewall. On a net success for the virus, the system becomes infected.

An infected device will carry the virus until it's connected to a network, if the device is the center of a PAN, reduce by one, the response and the subscriber list, to show the effect the virus is having on network traffic. Multiple copies may infect a single commmlink or server.

Cleaning: An infected device may be cleaned using software+antivirus (rating x min) extended test (this virus has no finesse, so it's easy to catch.

Coding: This virus can be coded as if it was a standard hacking tool at it the same rating
