Shadows of Asia mention that bird shapeshifters, particularly owls, serve as the "spies" of the Yakut government's defacto secret police. But the only bird shapeshifters mentioned in SRC/Critters are Eagle, and Critters even mentions that the seven types given there are the only ones known [at that point] to exist. Was Owl or any other additions to the original 7 types of shapeshifters ever mentioned before SoA? If so where, and did they include any stats or description of specific abilities?

So whoever wrote up the Yakut section just pulled those extra types of 'shifters out of their rhetorical butt, and didn't have the inclination or space to describe them further? :/ Oh well.
