In general, the chemical rules presented in Man and Machine do a fairly good job of representing fast-acting toxins, such as pepper spray, cyanide, etc.: but the only persistant agent, one that continues to cause the victim trouble long after exposure, is atropine. Even that is only persistant inside the victim, not
What about persistant agents, like mustard gas, VX nerve agent, Lewisite, and the hallucinogen BZ? They stay active in the soil and on exposed buildings, equipment, clothing, and skin for weeks. The political climate in the Sixth World is certainly chaotic enough for the general agreement not to use such agents to have broken down.

Can someone help me stat them?

Are you the GM?

Take the appropriate drug, tell it it can persist for weeks.

BAM!

It does.
