What do all the leters in () mean like (m) or ( c ) or (ml)
and the numbers in () under the recoil?

Schmitzy--look in the boxes on pg 300-302 for a complete breakdown.

Magazine, clip, muzzle loaded, and number of points of internal recoil comp are the specific answers for the terms you mentioned.

Although technically if they are in parenthesis they are meaning that it is a situational modifier (eg you only get the bonus if a condition is met - generally this is for folding stocks)
