I made this crappy Ally Spirit Calculator. It isn't very robust, but it does all of that math stuff...

ASGen.xls

There is plenty of room on the record sheet, and I'm thinking of adding the list of services/tasks that an Ally can provide.

Any other glaring omissions? Something you would like to see?
