So how is the high-end game?, Any of you tested it out yet? Options

I've been immersing myself in the book since I got it on release day, and am almost comfortable with my memorization to fully convert the current group with as little difficulty as possible.

That aside, I'm curious to know what you guys have to say about Shadowrun 4's high-end game.

1. How noticeable are the Skill/Attribute caps when you get to high karma?
2. What avenues of character development exist besides skills, attributes, initiation, and such?
3. What forms of high-end content would you like to see in the future?
4. What have your players, both inexperienced and new, had to say about the high-end development?
