I find it interesting that Voodoun has return to africa. It really is an American religion as slaves tried to rebuild their barely remembered african faiths and they god blended with the catholisim of their masters. now it return back to Africa where they never lost the faith.

I think it's interesting that the story gives almost no details about voudoun.

Geez, the national religion of what will eventually become Southern Asamundo being Vodoun...? Nope. can't think of any runs to plug into that.
