Yea go for it, I'm around just taking some major strain at work. Whole bunch of issues, so even though I have time my mind is elsewhere and I forget about here.

Ok people I threw up the first post to get the planning stage started. Thanks McQuillan for the bump to the club. Did we lose anyone from the active players list by the way?

Doh. cx2 I just noticed that I attributed your post to copperhead, not PU.

Edited it to read correctly.

Oops, sorry. I don't want to screw up the order of posts, since I'm new to this, I would appreciate someone letting me know whether to post a reply or let it drop please.

looks like we lost Copperhead...

CX2--Generally, you can do a split post and it's fine. (See Sparky's last as an example.) At this point, you can just drop it and move on. If you'd like to make a reply, go back and edit your last post.

Do we need to replace Copperhead? I don't remember what skill set he/she was bringing to the table. So far we haven't seen any one with B&E at all which I think we're going to need. Does anyone object to recruiting another player with those skills, assuming McQuillan is okay with it?

I might have mentioned it before, but being blind I'm using speech software... and sadly it doesn't seem to interact well with the particular edit boxes here on dumpshock. I'm currently typing my posts into notepad and copy/pasting across so I hope you don't take offence that I'd rather not edit the post, as much as I'd like to reply.

It's fair to assume that PU would have made a comment about not wanting to look like a convoy though ;)

Losing Copperhead is unfortunate, but if I recall there were plenty of peopkle willing to be on "standby" in the original recruitment thread. I'm not trying to pre-empt anyone, but between that and the reputation our esteemed GM has (I did say I'm new) I doubt replacing him would take a lot of effort... not being heartless mind you.

CX2--no worries on the edit.

I will let the team decide if you want to do some recruiting and then pull up our standby roster first.

I currently have 2 votes for replacement, if I get 2 more then I will recruit.

Fenris/Sparky/Tashio--Thoughts?

Works for me. If I recall correctly - Copperhead was a spec-ops guy - which leaves us a hole in the b&e/combat department.

Compiling a Courier Sprite Rating 6 with Edge thrown in (11 dice total)
02 03 03 03 04 05 06 06 06 06 06 (6 hits)

Edge Reroll
02 05 05 05 06 (4 hits)

Edge Reroll #2
06 (1 hit)

Edge Reroll #3
06 (1 hit)

Edge Reroll #4
06 (1 hit)

Edge Reroll #5
02

Total Hits: 13 (I own this sprite)

The sprite can buy 1 success at this point so a net of 12 hits. I have a question now, I thought I remember reading about exceptional successes or some such. Would this qualify?

hey team--I just put in 17hours out of the last 24...I will get a bump up this afternoon.

Buddha--Yes this will qualify for a Critical Success. This sprite with last for 24 hours instead of the normal 8.

Apartment team--Throw some dice if you'd like info. Feel free to hit up info brokers, hackers, run some data searches, etc. I find it is generally easier for me as a GM if you post all the questions that you are looking to get answers to and I can fill all the info in OOC with some IC flavor.

If you've got ideas, post them here (Spoilered if you'd like...) that way people can have a constant reference point.

Unless one of their procedures is to get out any valuable materials (including the mark) to a safe site.

Interesting idea to get in, but do we have the skills in the team? I'm not sure whether that would be classed as a test of some sort, and I know my guy doesn't have climbing skill. Otherwise I think it's a great idea... Maybe it might be possible to use that entry to get one of Widget's drones in, even if we can't get in ourselves? One of the smaller ones at least, for a little look see what's going on inside without using a main entrance?
