Hey all. I'm trying to update an SR3 build to SR 4 and not having any luck...
Priorities were: A: Attributes B: Skills C: Tech D/E: Race / Magic Anyways, this guy would have 5's in each attribute. How exactly, with a 400 point build and a 50% limit, can I approximate that in SR4? It just seems to me that the 50% build point limit on attributes, you're effectively eliminating the old Attributes as the first priority in SR 4. I'm not trolling, just asking what the best way to workaround this is... Should I just arbitrate that all chars start with more build points? I see the potential for power creep here. Alternatively, should I allow a more than 50% to attributes? Or, should all chars start at 1 above minimum? Advice appreciated. It seems that my old character concept (A highly intelligent, dilligent, charismatic and athletic human but impoverished and untrained with 5's down the board in attributes) just doesn't fly anymore... |
