It works on the school computers, but it doesn't on my home one. I even downloaded the latest version of Firefox, and it doesn't do it.

Because it's a pop-up.
When you first get a pop-up you should see a small bar appear near the top of the screen informing you of said popup. you can change your settings for this site to allow pop-ups
