I've been out of gaming for a few years, but when I left Shadowrun was fairly popular. What happened? It's essence is fading it seems. Unless you live on the east coast, that seems to be where all the players are. So what's my point? I'm desperate, I live in Detroit now and I can't seem to find ANYONE who plays. Sure I've seen a few ghosts on meetup.com, but given the nature of the site it's difficult to contact any of them. I WANT TO PLAY SHADOWRUN!! There must be someone out there who can hook me up with a group in Detroit. After all, Detroit is such a butthole it practically screams Shadowrun. A once great and beautiful city, now a graveyard of abandoned buildings festering with poverty, homelessness, and sin.
