Alternately...

Hit your local bookstore and get a copy of "Seattle At A Glance"
It's a nice, laminated map showing downtown in pretty good detail. Then you can use a Sharpie, or print out some cool stickers and put them on to represent the "changes"

They last a long time, and if you go with stickers, you can make changes later on (if, say, your 'runners blow up a whole city block 'cause there's vampires)
