I have a probem with my clock here at DS. It's 11:09 AM now here at North Germany, but when adjusting the clock at my Controls, it shows that it's 11:28 AM. I chose GMT+1, which is the correct time for Noth Germany, but why am I 19 minutes off?

It's a server thing. It goes off the time off the server, not off of your PC.
If the PC is off by 20min, then all post displays will be. |

Short of changing the clock on your computer, no.
[I'm not sure if Dumpshock's clock is off or not, but it doesn't matter if it's you or Dumpshock in this case...] |

It's Dumpshock. It's about 20min off from my clock (which I've got set to the atomic clocks).
Edit: About 16min fast, to be precise. |
