This is a new combat utility recently stolen from a Renraku high security R&D installation just out side of Cheyenne in a paticularly collateral heavy run. It was sold shortly after in a Azgaard auction. The buyer has yet to be discovered. Welcome to the next generation in Matrix warfare. This utility functions exactly like psychotropic black IC. It has a programing difficulty of Blackhammer but is of course prototype material for the program plan. It also has the same program size modifier as the Black hammer utility. Enjoy :P |
