First off, wow, Im very surprised to find that my login info is still valid after the long time since Ive used these forums.
Secondly, I am having quite a bit of trouble with how my players use the matrix, and cant understand several rules. I know how one exactly hacks into a particular node, but once inside... what happens? I can find anything on what has to be rolled to determine if the player can find a file/download it/crash the system/etc with out the node stopping him. Also, a player of mine insists that one can locate anybody with an active comlink via VR matrix perception tests... he showed me the rules for finding nodes in AR, and nothing is said about how to do so in VR, so I dont know what to do. One last thing, hacking cyberware, I cant find out how to do it, or what can and cant be hacked. I hope these are just things that Ive overlooked, thanks for anyones help. |

If you're talking about 4th edition, you should try the 4th edition forum.
