Question:

sensitive neural Structure (5/10 (technomancer))
-2 dice when resisting damage from simsense.

Question: 'Hackers' only take damage from Black IC, dumpshock, and BTLs... Technomancer take damage from ANY source (unless hacking oldschool)

SO do TMs lose two dice for all rolls... or is only VR and BLACK IC 'simsense damage' and while a normal attack may hit the TM 'damage track' it isn't 'simsense' damage and they don't lose two dice.

(OR should it be a 15 point for a TM, and they lose 2 dice for ANY damage taken when using 'internal' commlink.

Only simsense style damage. So the same as the regular hacker. Technomancers with sensitive neural structure would only get the -2 dice for BTLs, Black IC and Dumpshock.

I dunno. If that was the case, why would they get extra BP for the Quality?

They don't. It's the same cost for hackers/TMs. It's less for non-Hackers/TMs.
