Well, there's about eight different things here. You say "download my own avatars", which implies that you've created avatars somewhere on Dumpshock that you want to download, but Dumpshock has no image-generator that I'm aware of. If we assume you mean "upload" instead of "download", it makes more sense than I thought it did—I didn't realize there actually is an avatar pack installed. Regardless, avatars are not enabled on the forum—you can't have one.
