When you open a thread, at the top there's a strip of blue. Normally, it's normal blue, but when you open a thread, there's a design on it. Is it parts of a screenshot for the Shadowrun SNES video game?

When viewing this thread, I tyhink he might mean the strip that has Track This Topic in it, versus when viewing all topics the strip that says Topic title? Dunno really.

I dont think so Emo. It looks like its a part of some sorta city scape, but it looks old (1920s style old). Right click on it and 'view background image' for a better look.
The bottom bar also. |
