Looking for a game in Oklahoma,(or south east Kansas or north west Arkansas) recently moved into the Tulsa area but can travel 2 or 3 hours if neccisary.

Tulsa, eh? Welcome to the city. I'm not sure what the Shadowrun situation around town is like right now, but you might check around up at Wizards or Top Deck. A lot of players from various systems hang around both places and are probably your best bet for a game.
