I'm a little confused by the book's wording, and didn't find anything to clarify it.
Wired Reflexes don't stack with any other enhancers. Enhanced Reaction stacks with other enhancers. So if I have Wired 2, Reaction Enhancers 2, do I have +2 or +4? |

My understanding is that you would still have +2, and I thought that Reaction Enhancers stated that they did not stack with Wired Reflexes, but I may be mistaken of course.

I understood it to mean that you can't stack the IPs but can stack Reaction. So you couldn't get wired 2 and the bio wired 2 for 5 IP. but could use wired 2 and reaction enhancers 2. Though, you'll pretty easily hit the augmented max cap for reaction pretty quick. |

Mostly correct. What the book says is:

Reaction enhancers are compatible with other Initiative-boosters.
So yeah, I guess you're right. Reaction Enhancers aren't init boosters, they're reaction boosters. Thanks for the quick answer! |

I think it could more effectively be written as 'Initiative Pass' Boosters. I.E, other means of increasing your initiative passes. As, things that improve reaction do, in reality, increase your iniatitive score as well.
But common sense, and our knowledge of SR3 tells us that while some technology has gotten less intelligent, Reaction Enhancers probably didn't. And probably should continue to work with Wired Reflexes, just like they used to. However, even then, I'm skeptical because I don't really have a problem with Wired Reflexes, from a GM standpoint, combining with something like a combat drug, to squeeze another pass out of life. Maybe. |

You'd have +4 reaction, up to the augmented maximum for reaction (which typically is 9, unless you're a dwarf). |
