Rotating online game Options

Basically I am sick of always being the GM and looking for an opportunity to play a character long term.

So I am asking all of you, is anyone interested in participaing in a group that plays in a game online where all the players rotate being GM's every month?

What it would be like is the group would write up their npcs publish them on a forum for our group. The initial meets and leg work are done on the forums. Then role play and scenes from there are done in person.

All the runs have to be original ie no SR missions nor old adventures.
Storylines will be made alot better because it shows down time and jobs into different storylines.

For play we could use teamspeak + a table top emulator.
