Personally, I like the Genesis one's. It has the better street theme, and its Renraku Arcology one's the right mixture of street, Japanese, and tech.

Despite being the worst of the two games (and by that, I mean it was a pile of crap, where the genesis one was actually fun and had quite abit of flavor), the SNES one had superior music.
