Just trying to figure out what lifestyles and security ratings each district contains, as Runner Havens does not contain such info.

The richer it is the higher the rating. Try breaking out the new Seattle Sourcebook and applying it to the current rules. I doubt much has changed.

actually puyallup has become even more barren with the volcanoes going off during the yotc.
Still SSB is a great place to start. I like the parts about the racial neighborhoods, (elf town and dwarf town can't remember their names.)
But hey, just go with economic standing to determine security rating.
