Spirit personifying the concept of the home/hearth/place people reside.
Spirit personifying the concept of the city.
Spirit personifying the concept of a political entity or corporation.

I don't see that the ideas are all that different. All of them would have to be belief-cored.

Re Lofwyr and S-K:

There was an interesting shadownote in California Free State suggesting that the reason Shasta did not explode along with the other dormant volcanos in the system was because the mana of the area had already manifested ... into a dragon (Hestaby). Taking that idea just a step further: the mana inherent in a belief structure - for that is precisely what an SR megacorporation must be (value of its existence only insofar as people believe that it does exist as an entity) - siphoned into a creature which is already mana manifested. (Could dragons be capable of tapping into willingly-given karma in the same manner as free spirits? Could faith systems consisting of large numbers of believers spontaneously generate that kind of willingly-given karma?)

(Sidenote: could Lofwyr be becoming the new personification/avatar of Dis?)

It's precisely because of Lofwyr that S-K is already embodied into modern mythology: the merging of modern capitalism (already itself a faith system) with that most ancient of entities. Ares might be the only megacorporation which currently even has a chance of breaking into that same level of mythos, but Damien Knight is mortal.

Now, if Knight were to undergo the highest level of Léonisation and maybe cut a deal for a free spirit's hidden life ...

Hmm. It's all good speculating wether or not these things exist, but how do you think it would be best to incorperate them into a game? Have a player read about them in the hermetics weekly magazine? Also: What exactly are passions from earthdawn? Kinda like a horror that feeds on positive emotions? Are they still 'evil' in their pursuit or are they just about everybody being happy?
