Has anybody out there created or has a link to some good 4th edition NPC sheets = something that can be used to add notes etc too would be nice.

I've got one linked in the Cheat Sheets section of my Shadowrun Resources page, if that's something like what you're looking for.
Although, if you want to go with Kerris's suggestion, I prefer quad-ruled (graph) paper, myself. |
