Not seeing any enhancement for controling commlink wirelessly, a sort of wireless datajack. Can paste trodes be used for full VR?

By my understanding a datajack is wireless because everything is wireless. The datajack also has a port for a wire, for those time when you want a secure, unjammable connection.
